Founding PartnerJames Fett earned his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1986. He has devoted his career to helping those who are the victims of workplace discrimination and harassment. Early in his career, he made a name for himself by winning the first ever sexual harassment trial aired on CourtTV. Ever since then, he has been taking on high profile cases and making some of Michigan’s largest employers pay for violating his clients’ rights. James has been named a SuperLawyer every year since 2006. He has been named One of the Ten Most Outstanding Attorneys of the Year by Michigan Lawyers Weekly and awarded Lawyer of the Year by the Washtenaw Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and received the prestigious Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for his work in fighting discrimination.
